Grand Opening of KY Bison Co. Sales Office...Where the Buffalo Roam

Louisville, KY > April 7, 2006 > Before you jump in the car and drive to the grocery this summer to pick up the same old meat to grill out, you should ask yourself, ..Where do the buffalo roam?  The KY Bison Co. has an answer to that question, and it is much closer than you might think.  KY Bison Co. proudly announced the Grand Opening of its new sales office on Friday, April 7, 4PM to 7PM at 603 East Main Street in downtown, Louisville, KY.

Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) and The Metro Chamber of Commerce assisted KY Bison Co. with their exciting Grand Opening.  Our local District Councilman, David Tandy, as well as Representatives from GLI were present for the 5PM ribbon cutting and plaque presentation. Keep in mind, though, the unveiling of this store was not limited to just a ribbon cutting.  There was live music, deliciously healthy buffalo meat hors doeuvres, child and adult friendly beverages, our buffalo mascot Buffy, fabulous door prizes, and much, much more!

Our Grand Opening was unlike any other for there has never been a store in Louisville quite like the KY Bison Co. sales office.  We only sell top-quality buffalo meat and buffalo related products that are produced locally, naturally, and contain no steroids or growth hormones.  It is now possible for the general public to purchase the same gourmet cuts of buffalo meat that have only been made available to the best fine dining restaurants and specialty retail markets in the past.  Normal store operating hours are Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM.

KY Bison Co. is a locally owned and operated agricultural business that has been in operation since 1995.  It is vertically integrated in that we raise all of our own buffalo at Woodland Farm in Oldham County, process all our own meat at our USDA inspected facility in Memphis, IN, and now we sell directly to you from our own sales office at 603 East Main Street, in downtown Louisville, KY.  So please come visit us soon and help us celebrate our Grand Opening to let everyone know ......Where the Buffalo Roam.
